If you’re watching the World Cup you know what a Yellow Card is. Or maybe you’ve been hit with one on the home front. Regardless, Mantitlement.com has a cocktail that says, “I not sure I agree with your decision to issue me a Yellow Card but a few sips of this cocktail and I’m feeling better in general.” Or something like that.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1 /2 ounces tequila
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar or simple syrup
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped cilantro leaves (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake well and strain into a martini glass. Can also be served over ice.
