I first tried it in college and it’s a tasty addition to the beer menu. Also known as Bloody Beer, Red Eye, Red Beer, Red Rooster, or in our neighborhood a Tom Miller (Rainier beer). Use tomato juice, Bloody Mary mix, or Clamato. For best results, mix with a lighter beer. And no need to waste a good IPA. Any lager or pilsner will do.
