Tony retires today. Fondly referred to as “The Captain”, Tony hangs it up after decades of brilliant engineering. At least he says it was brilliant. I’m not even sure if it was engineering. Regardless, we honor him with a nautical cocktail. Happy Retirement, Captain!
Captain’s Cocktail
1/2 oz of spiced rum
1/2 tsp of sugar
1 oz of lime juice
1 oz of white rum
1/2 oz port
