Tasting Table has an interesting article you can read here about perking up the flavor of cheaper beer. What with rising prices and more increases likely to come, budget beer made better has some appeal. The basic idea is to add various cocktail bitters to the beer. It’s not a new idea but one worth pursuing. Not for us but maybe for others. We’re going to continue spending the few extra bucks and grab a craft beer like Georgetown’s Bodhizafa IPA.
