Feeling a little fatigued? AARP has some quick fixes that might help. Drink some water to fight fatiguing dehydration. Step outside and connect with nature. Walk. Even a three minute walk can help. Sniff some citrus or peppermint to boost alertness. Lastly, and this one we don’t necessarily endorse, take a cold shower. We’re sure it works but is it worth it?
