I first tried it in college and it’s a tasty addition to the beer menu. Also known as Bloody Beer, Red Eye, Red Beer, Red Rooster, or in our neighborhood a Tom Miller (Rainier beer). Use tomato juice, Bloody Mary mix, or Clamato. For best results, mix with a lighter beer. And no need to waste a good IPA. Any lager or pilsner will do.
Why add tomato to your beer? Variation. Vitamins. Mixing it up. Good conversation starter.
Both Super Bowl teams have red uniforms and I’m guessing some beer will be consumed so show your support and have a red beer.

Music alone can create good feelings and a natural endorphin buzz. But for Bob’s Birthday, a pioneer of reggae, one should probably add a little ganja as he was an early proponent of legalizing marijuana.
